The Capital District Physician's Health Plan is sponsoring a "Celebration of Homes," Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2, with a preview party on Friday evening - all to benefit CAPTAIN of Shenendehowa's youth shelter fund.

Two prestigious homes in Silver Oaks on Amity Pointe in Clifton Park are being lavishly furnished and accessorized by JC Penney Portfolio, the stand-alone home furnishings and decor store on Central Avenue.
