STUDENTS WIN AWARDS FOR SAFETY POSTERS.(LIFE & LEISURE)

Seven local students won national awards in the American Automobile Association's 52nd annual school Traffic Safety Poster Program.

Merit citations went to Bridget Jameson, Girl Scout Troop 785, Grade 2; Jessica Nadeau, Grade 12, Guilderland Central High School; Isaac Nelson, Grade 11, Guilderland; Nia Obidos, St. James School, Albany; and Mikki Rozdolski, Grade 10, Guilderland. Mark Davis, Grade 10, Guilderland; and Emily Wistar, Grade 6, Doane Stuart School, won honorable mentions.
